This Series attempts to look through the eyes of the beholder, as it reveals the faces underneath the material through the mirror each model is holding.

I chose to use a heart shaped mirror because I was trying to reflect the literal image of self-love.

As coined by Marshall McLuhan “The medium is the message”. The medium in the case is the heart shaped mirror showcasing the covered faces and how people see their reflections as true beauty, this medium influences the message through its form.

I chose to also use strong and bold colours to intensify the pictures within the mirror.
