This series marks the beginning of Lizzy's practice in painting on canvas, these pieces were created for a photography assignment in University.
The collection is based on depicting photo realism as it relates to the need for GMOs to be the most realistic and appealing choice over its organic counterpart.
The use of bold background colours was intended to give the work a contrasting vibe that also compliments the colours of the fruit.
